  17. Day 17 Lake Mburo national park - Morning jungle horseback riding – Drive to Kampala city

Today have a simple breakfast and drive to Mihingo the point for the horseback riding, for another tour highlight of the jungle horseback riding safaris which is one of an awesome way to spot high concentration of animals even the more difficult ones to explore like Elands, Leopards and to deeply go inside the park than when doing a game drive using a safari vehicle. This is because, when using a horse for spotting animals in the park, you will get an opportunity to get off the usual game drive tracks of the park. Horseback riding is the most eco-friendly and peaceful style to enjoy the nature because it is not associated with either noise, air pollutions or living footprints behind like it is when using a safari vehicle. During horseback riding safari, animals like zebras come towards you to check out their strange relative but without stripes and others like the Elands which are known to be very shy, look curiously at the horses without running away although they still keep their distance. So, during your horseback riding safari, you explore several mammal species like; Giraffes, Zebra, Eland, Topi, Warthog, Impala Caped buffalo and many more. After, return to your lodge to have full breakfast and then check out of room to start your drive to Kampala the capital city of Uganda with an en-route at the Equator landmark to watch the water experiment, take a memorial photo, have lunch and proceed with your drive straight to Kampala to check in at your hotel for dinner an overnight.
