  1. Day 1 Pick up from Entebbe Airport – Drive to reserved Hotel in Entebbe town – Evening sunset cruise on Lake Victoria

    On your arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be received by our company representative who will be your professional English speaking driver guide for meet and greet then drive you to check in at your hotel in Entebbe and later be briefed about the 5 days Uganda safari with gorilla trekking.

    If time allows, drive to Lake Victoria to enjoy 2 hours’ evening sunset cruise that will take you from the shores in Entebbe town towards the equator imaginary line or some islands as you are viewing the sun over the horizon, fishermen cast their nets from their small fishing boats while enjoying the snacks and drinks provided on board.   2. Day 2 Entebbe City – Drive to Bwindi impenetrable Forest national park

    Rise up early morning to enjoy break, then start the 8-9 hours’ journey to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park found in the southwestern Uganda which is an arguably the most scenic and beautiful part of Uganda. On this journey, expect to see Rivers, mountains, huge forests and many other amazing physical features. The drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park will take you across Equator line which splits the world into 2 parts; the North Pole and the South Pole, at 0 degrees latitude with a stopover here particularly to observe the water experiment which describes to movement of forces at the center of the planet, have a cup of coffee and later proceed with the through the Ankole region with their amazing Ankole long horned cattle region and the local people working in their gardens and others doing business in small trading centers, have another stopover at Igongo cultural Centre to have lunch, tour the museum, thereafter when you have relaxed enough, proceed with the drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park to check in at your booked lodge to relax, dinner and overnight.

  3. Day 3 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park – Mountain gorilla trekking – Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

    On this day rise up very early to have breakfast when all your luggage already packed in the vehicle, get your packed lunch and then drive to the park information office for the pre-trekking briefing regarding the guidelines to follow during gorilla trekking, get a gorilla family to trek and later start the forest walk to search for the mountain gorillas. In the course of gorilla trekking, you may encounter many other wildlife species such as forest Elephants, Bush pigs, white and black colombus monkeys, chimpanzees and many bird species and your guide will be able to give you much information describing everything that you will explore in the forest which will make your forest walk so memorable. The time taken while searching for the gorillas is no known but it is expected to be between 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the location and movement of the gorilla family you are tracking and once you encounter them, you will have a maximum of 1 hour to stay with the gorillas while enjoying them and taking as many photos as you would want so, the camera has to be well fully charged and on standby such that you do not miss any moment uncaptured. After an hour with the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, return to the starting point to get your trekking certificate, relax while enjoying your packed lunch plus other refreshments and then drive to Queen Elizabeth national park through the Ishasha sector for a game drive to search for the unique tree climbing lions of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Tree climbing are only found in Ishasha sector with 4 prides, Lake Manyara of Tanzania with 2 prides and Kruger National Park in South Africa has 1 pride. These lions are said to love trees to protect them from bugs living on lower ground, relaxing and to have an aerial view over the park to see their prey from a distance such that they can plan. After spotting these lions on top of the fig trees, proceed with your to the northern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park to check in at your reserved lodge for dinner and an overnight.

  4. Day 4 Queen Elizabeth National Park – Morning wildlife sighting game drive – After boat cruise on the Kazinga channel – Evening game drive

    This day, after having your tasty breakfast (600 am), leave your lodge with packed breakfast for an early morning wildlife sighting game in Queen Elizabeth national park to catch the early risers, mostly the nocturnal and predator mammals such as Lions, Leopards and spotted before they retreat to their hideouts. The wildlife sighting game drive is one of the most popular tourism activities in Queen Elizabeth National Park. During the morning game drive, expect to spot several mammals such as Caped buffaloes, various Antelope species, Leopard, Forest giant hog, Lions, Elephants and a collection of bird species both resident and migratory, the game drive takes about 4 hours. After the morning game drive, have a short break to relax, have lunch and then drive to the Kazinga Channel for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. The Kazinga channel is a magnet for all wildlife species in the park because it is the main water supply of the park and it boasts of a variety of bird species – than any other single destination in Africa. During boat cruising tour along the Kazinga channel, expect to spot crocodiles, Hippopotamuses, Caped buffaloes and many other species.   5. Day 5 Queen Elizabeth National Park – Kalinzu Chimpanzee tracking – Drive back to Entebbe international airport

    On this day, wake up very early in the morning to have breakfast with your luggage already packed in the vehicle, leave your lodge and drive to Kalinzu Central Forest Reserve for chimpanzee tracking experience. On your chimpanzee tracking walk through Kalinzi forest reserve, you will encounter a wide range of wildlife species such as other primate species including the Blue Monkeys, Vervet Monkeys, Black and White Colobus Monkeys, Olive baboon and many more, 378 Bird Species, and 414 tree species, 262 categories of Butterflies, 97 Moths plus Reptiles and Flowers. The forest local guide will give you much information about everything you will encounter which will make your tour so adventurous. In addition to the Forest Walks in search of chimpanzees and other primates, a visitor can as well do research, bird watching, conservation education, small mammal viewing, and butterfly Identification with in this forest. Once you meet chimpanzees, you will be allowed to stay with them for a maximum of one hour, take as many photos as you would want and later return to the starting point to relax, have a bottle of water and then start the journey back to Entebbe international airport with a stop at Igongo cultural center Mbarara city to have lunch and proceed with your drive straight to Entebbe town where you will arrive in the evening hours to organize for your return flight.
